Role Overview:
As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by managing client cases related to US immigration. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of case files, maintaining client communications, and coordinating with attorneys to provide top-tier service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize client case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates.
• Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to facilitate the smooth progression of cases.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of US immigration laws and regulations to assist clients effectively.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and cases are handled with the utmost attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in law, legal studies, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a legal environment, particularly in immigration law, is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
