Cluster Head Acquisition CASA will be present at a cluster level and will be aligned with the respective cluster with primary job to drive CASA mobilization for the bank
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for cluster level targets on CASA Numbers & NAV and X-sell as described in the goal sheets
Driving cluster wise plan for CASA acquisition and related x-sell of hook products (e.g. EXIM, BB, RB) and household products through dedicated team of CSL Business & CSL
Ensure branches with budgets on CASA are achieving the desired number and value in his respective cluster
Work closely with all Business Units to enhance business opportunities on CASA
Build synergies across all channels and ensure to provide a conducive environment for the team
Ensure adequate focus on knowledge management of team, FTNR & TAT of account opening to improve customer experience and regulatory adherence
Should maintain strong domain knowledge of sales process management, customer segments and relevant product offering
Drive a behavior of hook based acquisition on both CA and SA
Manage / Own Top 25 customers of the cluster along with the respective Stakeholders
At any point in time have a wish list of HVA accounts for the cluster and review it periodically with all stake holders
Ensure a CRM at every CSL level is created and reviewed every week on its progress
Responsible for bulk sourcing of CASA through business development initiatives
CA - Associations / Trade Bodies / Professional Bodies / Segmental Markets/ SA - Clubs / Societies / Professional Bodies
To be measured on overall number and value for CA and SA
Expected Average Productivity for BRP for CA and SA (to be defined in scorecard)
Expected Average Productivity for CRP for SA and CA (to be defined in scorecard)
Over achievement of CA NAV can be fungible for SA NAV (To be defined In scorecard)
Manpower gaps at any given point not to exceed 5 % on budgeted count (Budget VS Actual)
Build network to gather market intelligence on competition and create appropriate sales plan for acquisition teams/ feedback mechanism for product teams.
Should work closely with Product /Channel for support on driving the assigned targets.
Ensure hook penetration & cross sell at the time of account opening and activation post account opening
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Masters degree is preferred
