Job Summary:
We are seeking 3 highly motivated and results-oriented Operation Support Specialists to joinour team. The successful candidate will play a vital part in driving product-related initiatives.This involves conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, developing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product launches, nurturing relationships with providers, and consistently evaluating and enhancing product performance are among the pivotal tasks undertaken by this role. Furthermore, the Operations Support role extends its influence to encompass crucial elements of business operations. This includes addressing business product requirements, navigating through sales processes, managing contractual agreements, and overseeing the seamless execution of deliveries.
Responsibilities:
1. Handles internal and external communications, including announcements to keep stakeholders informed about important updates, changes, and events.
2. Collects, analyses, and interprets operational data to identify areas for improvement.Provides insights and recommendations to optimize processes.
3. Ensures the organization's operations adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards, fostering a culture of compliance.
4. Collaborates with various internal teams & departments to implement campaigns, projects, product launching etc.
6. Identifies training needs within the operations team and suggests programs to enhance the quality and productivity of team members.

7. Collaborates with multiple departments to manage business product requirements, create sales quotations, handle contracts, and oversee delivery processes.
8. Gathers and analyses market data to inform product development strategies.
10. Manages relationships with product and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of necessary resources.

11. Monitors product performance, gathers user feedback and implements improvements as needed.
12. Liase sales, marketing, IT & and other internal teams to improve efficiency and implement the company strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2.Require a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles, preferably in the Telecommunication/BPO Sector.
