Responsibilities

• A person with the responsibility of the installation, modification, or carrying out of the small changes to the system.
• Is responsible for tickets concerning the issues in the staff or requests that could impact productivity in the process.
• Guarantees the computer parts do not fail on purpose through a software testing process. Reduces complexity of networking systems. Used as an interviewer when it is time to determine the sort of equipment or program that should be hired to utilize the product in question and assists customers in ordering their needs.
