Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Orderdesk Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Input and update data into database
- Answering phones
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Utilize Excel and other office software for data entry tasks
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational & math skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Excel and Plexxis (Mosaic) software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
