Interlocking and Hardscaping

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Interlocking and Hardscaping professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks, particularly in laying interlocking pavers and creating hardscaped areas. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques and the ability to work with both hand and power tools to deliver high-quality results.

Duties

• Install interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscaping features according to project specifications.
• Prepare and level surfaces for installation, ensuring proper drainage and alignment.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting
• Ensure all work is plumb, level, and meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Can make straight and accurate cuts with a quick cut saw
• Able to pick up 100lbs

Responsibilities:

· Support and takes direction / instructions from foreman / supervisor and carry out on site tasks.

· Good physical stamina

· Ensure safety is a top priority and adheres to and follow all rules and regulations

· Must be a team player who shows up to work daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.55-$44.31 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Construction: 3 years (required)
• Skilled Labor: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver's License (required)

Work Location: In person
