Executive Assistant to the Group Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Manage the director's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the director.
3. Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives assigned by the director.
4. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Research: Conduct research and provide data-driven insights to support the director's decision-making.
6. Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials, agendas, and minutes for meetings.
7. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and expenses.
8. Special Projects: Lead or support special projects assigned by the director.
9. Team Collaboration: Liaise with various departments and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
10. Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve administrative issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
4. Strong research and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
