Junior Civil Engineer, HVAC Service Engineer, MEP Technician & Designer

Experience- 0 to 3yrs  

Salary- 20k - 30k  Accommodation & Traveling free, Mess facility available

Location- Aurangabad, Sambhaji, Nahar, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala

Site- Construction, Industrial, Manufacturing, Power Plant

Duty Time-  10hrs to 12hrs

Role & Responsibilities:

Act as the main technical adviser in the construction site for subcontractors and operatives.

Act as a point of contact for the client in such a way to elevate customer experience.

Ensure work force management for the assigned project which includes arranging men, material and machinery for the project.

Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specification.

Oversee the selection and requisition of materialsOrganizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

Supervise staff and equipment across multiple projects.

Allocate daily tasks to technicians and property managers.

Manage equipment inventory and maintenance.

Act as a liaison with the Maintenance Engineer.

Maintain records and report on activities.

Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
