Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for:

Recruiting, training, and building an effective team of Insurance Advisors
Achieving business targets through ethical business practices
Possessing good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Demonstrating team management skills and strong business acumen to drive sales growth
